j and i were at a festival - he was DJing and i looked for a shower. i couldn't find them and when i did they turned into microwaves so i didn't hop in. then i went back to the room and saw a publication like the package on the ground. in it had a goodbye from J and that he was quitting the publication to re-marry his work. i told him he works too much.

i was watching an old dumpy lady with grey ponytailed hair run in slow motion down a track at what i thought must be the special olympics. she had a pink tracksuit, white jacket and long white hair. when she got to the end of the track she stepped up onto a wooden box and launched herself off it into the longjump pit. i woke up lurching forward in my sleep to Jo on the phone

I was on a ferris wheel with A and M. It went over the sea and then back over land. We were there for 3 days, like a school trip, and we had to go on the ferris wheel each day. Alex told me I should skip it on the last day and not pay for it and go shopping instead. I agreed, although when I found the receipt for the third day on the ferris wheel I remembered I had paid for all trips already.
